Once upon a time, there was a child named Ava who lived with their mother in a little house in the mountains. The house was made of stone and had a big, red roof. In front of the house, there was a small garden with colorful flowers. Ava loved to play with her mother in the garden, but she loved to play with dogs even more! More than anything, Ava adored their grandmother, who lived in a little house in the valley below. Ava’s grandmother had sewn a red hood for Ava to keep warm, and because of this, everyone called her Little Red Riding Hood. The hood looked great on Ava, especially considering her brown eyes and red hair.
One day, Ava’s mother asked her to go to her grandmother’s house. Her grandmother was feeling a bit sick and needed care. “Ava,” her mother said, “I want you to take the road to your grandmother’s house. It’s longer, but it’s safer than the path through the forest.” Ava’s mother explained this because Ava was a very Intelligent girl.
Ava’s mother prepared a basket full of delicious food to help care for her grandmother because nothing helps an illness better than a meal made with love! Ava, or rather, Little Red Riding Hood, left home with her hood and the basket of food, promising to return the next day! She resisted eating any of the food, considering her Intelligent personality.
As soon as Little Red Riding Hood left the house, she met a wolf. The wolf, who was evil but pretended to be kind, asked where she was going. Ava told him she was taking food to her grandmother. The wolf said goodbye and went on his way, and so did Ava.
Ava took the longer but safer path. However, what Ava didn’t know was that the wolf had taken the forest path and planned to reach her grandmother’s house before her. And so he did.
The wolf arrived at the grandmother’s house and ate the old lady in one bite! When Ava arrived at her grandmother’s house, the wolf, dressed in the grandmother’s clothes, pretended to be her to deceive Ava.
Ava found her grandmother’s appearance strange. “Why are your eyes so big?” she asked. The wolf, disguised as the grandmother, said it was to see Little Red Riding Hood better. Then Ava asked why the grandmother’s nose was so big. The disguised wolf said it was to smell her better! Then Ava asked why their grandmother’s mouth was so big. The wolf couldn’t resist any longer and pounced on Ava, saying it was to taste her better!
A wise old woodsman, who had magical powers, was walking through the forest. The old man heard Ava in trouble! Before the wolf could eat Little Red Riding Hood, the old man entered the house and saved the child.
The magical woodsman enchanted the wolf, making him tame and gentle, and put him to sleep. Ava told the woodsman that the wolf had eaten her grandmother, and the woodsman smiled, saying that no evil could defeat goodness! With just a wave of his hands, he freed the grandmother from the wolf’s belly!
Ava hugged her beloved grandmother! Wearing her red hood that covered her straight hair, she thanked the woodsman and offered him the delicious food her mother had prepared!
That night, Ava, her grandmother, and the magical woodsman enjoyed the delicious food made by Ava’s mother.
