Little Red Riding Hood with Sophia

Little Red Riding Hood with Sophia

Once upon a time, there was a child named Sophia who lived with their mother in a little house in the mountains… The house was small, but it was filled with love and laughter. Sophia loved to play with their dolls, but more than anything, they adored their grandmother! Their grandmother had sewn a red hood to keep Sophia warm, and because of this, everyone called them Little Red Riding Hood. The hood looked great on Sophia, especially considering their blue eyes and brown hair.

One day, Sophia’s mother asked them to go to their grandmother’s house in the next valley. Their grandmother was feeling a bit sick and needed care. “Sophia,” said her mother, “You should take the road to get to your grandmother’s house. It is longer, but it is safer.” Her mother chuckled, considering Sophia’s Funny personality. “The forest path is much quicker, but it is also much more dangerous.”

Sophia’s mother prepared a basket full of delicious food to help care for their grandmother. “Nothing helps an illness better than a meal made with love!” she exclaimed. Sophia, or rather, Little Red Riding Hood, left home with their hood and the basket of food, promising to return the next day! They resisted eating any of the food, considering their Funny personality.

As soon as Sophia left the house, they met a wolf. The wolf, who was evil but pretended to be kind, asked where Sophia was going. “I am taking food to my grandmother,” said Sophia. The wolf said goodbye and went on his way, and so did Sophia.

Sophia took the longer but safer path. However, what Sophia didn’t know was that the wolf had taken the forest path and planned to reach their grandmother’s house before them. And so he did.

The wolf arrived at the grandmother’s house and ate the old lady in one bite! When Sophia arrived at their grandmother’s house, the wolf, dressed in the grandmother’s clothes, pretended to be her to deceive Sophia.

Sophia found their grandmother’s appearance strange. “Grandma,” she asked, “Why are your eyes so big?” The wolf, disguised as the grandmother, said, “It is to see Little Red Riding Hood better!” Then Sophia asked, “Why is your nose so big?” The wolf, still pretending to be the grandmother, said, “It is to smell you better!” Then Sophia asked, “Why is your mouth so big?” The wolf couldn’t resist any longer and pounced on Sophia, saying, “It is to taste you better!”

A wise old woodsman, who had magical powers, was walking through the forest. The old man heard Sophia in trouble! Before the wolf could eat Little Red Riding Hood, the old man entered the house and saved the child.

The magical woodsman enchanted the wolf, making him tame and gentle, and put him to sleep. Sophia told the woodsman that the wolf had eaten their grandmother, and the woodsman smiled. “No evil can defeat goodness!” he exclaimed. With just a wave of his hands, he freed the grandmother from the wolf’s belly!

Sophia hugged her beloved grandmother! Sophia, wearing her red hood that covered her wavy hair, thanked the woodsman and offered him the delicious food her mother had prepared!

That night, Sophia, their grandmother, and the magical woodsman enjoyed the delicious food made by Sophia’s mother. And doesn’t this story make you hungry?
