Sleeping Beauty with Mila

Sleeping Beauty with Mila

This story begins a few years ago… Even before Mila was born…

There was a big party in the enchanted kingdom, the one Mila knew how to reach through the path of dreams and imagination… But anyway, the story begins before that. Everyone was celebrating the birth of Princess Aurora, the daughter of the king and queen. They had waited a long time to have a baby, and finally, she was here!

Lots of fairies came to the party and gave the princess the best gifts: intelligence, kindness, and even humility! But one of the fairies wasn’t very nice. The gift she gave was actually a curse! When the princess grew up, she would prick her finger on a spindle and die.

Everyone was so happy about the princess, they couldn’t take back the fairies’ gifts. But then a funny little fairy came late, and she fixed the curse! The princess would still prick her finger, but she wouldn’t die. Instead, she would sleep forever until her true love kissed her.

Years went by. There weren’t any spindles in the whole kingdom! Everyone learned to sew with sticks and thread. They had to protect the princess!

When she was a teenager, the princess found a spindle! It was something she had never seen before. It looked so easy to sew with! She decided to use it, but the curse was real. She pricked her finger, and she and the whole kingdom fell asleep!

That’s when Mila came into the story! One day, Mila was playing in the Magic Garden, her secret hideout. She was using her superpower, Transforming into a butterfly, when she saw a young man sitting on a bench. He looked sad.

“Hello!” Mila said, fluttering her wings. “What’s wrong?”

“Oh, hello,” said the young man. “I’m trying to remember a story I heard. It’s about a princess who pricked her finger and fell asleep.”

“I know that story!” said Mila. “It’s about Princess Aurora!”

“You know the story?” the young man asked. “Then you must know where to find her!”

“Where?” asked Mila.

“In the enchanted kingdom!” said the young man. “But it’s far away.”

“I love adventures!” said Mila. “Let’s go!”

The young man was a prince from another kingdom. He said he had heard about the sleeping princess and wanted to wake her up. He invited Mila to go with him.

“I can’t wait!” said Mila. “I’ve always wanted to visit the enchanted kingdom!”

The prince smiled. He told Mila he knew a secret way to get to the kingdom. They could travel through a special tunnel that only opened when they thought about the princess!

Mila closed her eyes and thought of Princess Aurora. She imagined a beautiful princess with shiny black hair and blue eyes, just like her! She thought of the enchanted kingdom and how magical it must be.

Then, they felt a tug on their feet. They were being pulled down a tunnel!

The tunnel was dark, but Mila wasn’t afraid. She knew they would reach the princess’s castle soon!

They arrived in a flash. The castle was all covered in leaves! A huge forest had grown around it over the years. It was a magical place!

“We need to get to the castle tower,” said the prince. “That’s where the princess sleeps.”

Mila looked around. “How are we going to get through all these trees? It’s like a jungle!”

“I think we can climb the trees,” said the prince. “But we need to be careful. This forest is magical. It’s dangerous.”

The prince and Mila began their journey. But it wasn’t easy! The flowers sprouted thorns, and the tree trunks moved to block their path. There were monstrous creatures that roared and tried to scare them.

But Mila wasn’t scared. She used her superpower, Transforming into a butterfly, to fly over the thorns and around the creatures.

“We can do this, Prince,” Mila said. “We’re almost there!”

Finally, they reached the castle tower. The prince took a deep breath and kissed Princess Aurora on the lips.

Mila watched with excitement. The princess’s eyes fluttered open! She smiled at the prince.

“You saved me!” she whispered.

As if by magic, the forest around the castle disappeared. The trees vanished, and the castle was beautiful and bright again! The whole kingdom woke up, too!

Princess Aurora was very happy. She was so grateful to the prince for waking her up. And she was thrilled to meet Mila! She loved butterflies!

“You can come and play with me anytime you want,” she told Mila. “I love having visitors, especially those who love butterflies!”

Mila smiled. “I would love that!” she said. “I’ll come back whenever my imagination wanders to the enchanted kingdom.”

And on that day, Mila knew they would live happily ever after!
