Guess what? Evelyn went to the moon! It all started with a big box. It was so big Evelyn could fit inside! She opened the box and found... a moon rocket! "Wow!" Evelyn said.
Evelyn climbed inside the rocket. Lily, Evelyn's playful pet rock, wanted to come too! Lily couldn't climb, so Evelyn carefully lifted her. "Hold on tight!" she giggled. With a loud WOOSH, they blasted off to space!
The rocket landed on the moon with a soft bump. Evelyn took a deep breath and opened the door. Everything was so bright! Evelyn's eyes opened wide. She took a step and started to float! "Weeeee!" Evelyn giggled. Lily floated too, spinning in circles.
Suddenly, Evelyn spotted something amazing! Tiny people with green hats were dancing around a crater. "Hello!" Evelyn called out. The tiny people stopped dancing and looked up.
"Well, hello there!" said one of the tiny people. "We're Moon Leprechauns! What brings you to the moon?"
"Wow, Moon Leprechauns!" Evelyn exclaimed. "I've never met a Moon Leprechaun before! I'm Evelyn, and this is my friend, Lily."
"Nice to meet you!" chirped a Leprechaun with a sparkly hat. "We're having a bravery party! Want to join?"
"A bravery party? What's that?" Evelyn asked.
"It's where we share our bravest acts!" The Leprechaun with the sparkly hat explained. "But we need something to make our bravery juice sparkle!"
"Oh no!" cried another Leprechaun. "We need moon sparkles from the Shiny Crater, but it's too far away!"
Evelyn knew what to do. She took a deep breath and said, "I can get the moon sparkles! I'm very good at diving, and I'm brave!"
The Leprechauns cheered. "Hooray! That's very brave of you, Evelyn!" They gave her a special moon map to find the Shiny Crater.
Evelyn held Lily tight and jumped. With no gravity, it felt like flying! She followed the map, past giant moon rocks and sparkling dust. Finally, she reached the Shiny Crater.
Inside the crater, the moon sparkles twinkled like tiny stars. Evelyn carefully collected a handful and put them safely in her pocket.
Back at the party, the Leprechauns were so happy to see Evelyn! She poured the moon sparkles into their bravery juice. The juice fizzed and popped, and suddenly, it sparkled brighter than ever!
The Leprechauns cheered and danced around Evelyn. "You were so brave, Evelyn!" they cried. "Thank you for helping us!"
Evelyn smiled. She had so much fun with the Moon Leprechauns! It was time to go home. She hugged the Leprechauns goodbye and climbed back into the rocket with Lily.
With a WOOSH and a ZOOM, they were back in Evelyn's room. It was time for bed, but Evelyn would never forget her brave adventure with the Moon Leprechauns!
