Once upon a time, there was a child named Logan who lived with their mother in a little house in the mountains. The house was cozy and warm, with a big fireplace that crackled merrily in the evenings. Logan's mother was a kind and loving woman who always made sure her son felt safe and loved.
Logan was a very shy child, but he had a heart full of kindness. He loved to play with toy robots and build amazing contraptions out of spare parts. He also adored his grandmother, who lived in a house in the next valley. His grandmother had sewn him a beautiful red hood to keep him warm, and because of this, everyone called him Little Red Riding Hood. The hood looked perfect on Logan, especially with his black eyes and curly black hair.
One day, Logan's mother told him that his grandmother was feeling sick. "Logan, please take a basket of food to your grandmother. She’ll feel much better with a warm meal!” Logan's mother said. "But be careful, Little Red Riding Hood. Take the long road, even if it takes longer. The forest path is dangerous, and you are a shy boy. You should avoid trouble."
Logan's mother prepared a delicious basket of goodies to help care for his grandmother. It was full of sweet berries, fresh bread, and his grandmother's favorite, apple pie. Logan, or rather, Little Red Riding Hood, left home with his basket and his hood. "I'll be back tomorrow, Mother!" he promised, trying not to eat any of the food.
As soon as Little Red Riding Hood left the house, he met a wolf. The wolf was evil, but he pretended to be kind. "Hello! Where are you going, Little Red Riding Hood?" the wolf asked. Logan told him he was taking food to his grandmother, who was sick. "Goodbye, then!" the wolf said, going on his way. Little Red Riding Hood also continued on his path.
Logan took the longer, safer road. But what he didn’t know was that the wolf had taken the forest path and planned to reach his grandmother’s house first! He was faster than Little Red Riding Hood, and so he arrived at his grandmother's house first.
The wolf was hungry! He ate the old lady in one bite! Then he put on his grandmother’s nightgown and waited for Little Red Riding Hood. When Logan finally arrived, he found his grandmother in bed, looking strange. “Grandmother, why are your eyes so big?” Logan asked. “Oh, dear,” said the wolf, disguised as the grandmother. “It’s to see you better, my dear Little Red Riding Hood!” Then Logan asked, “Grandmother, why is your nose so big?” “It’s to smell you better!” replied the wolf. “Grandmother, why is your mouth so big?" asked Logan. The wolf couldn’t resist any longer. He pounced on Logan, saying, “It’s to taste you better!”
Just then, a wise old woodsman, who had magical powers, was walking through the forest. He heard Logan’s voice calling for help! The woodsman hurried to the house and saw the wolf about to eat Little Red Riding Hood. Before the wolf could do any harm, the woodsman rushed into the house and saved the child.
The wise woodsman enchanted the wolf, making him tame and gentle. “Sleep, wolf, sleep!” he whispered. Then, he turned to Logan. “Tell me, child, what happened?” Logan told the woodsman everything. He said that the wolf had eaten his grandmother! The woodsman smiled. “Fear not, Little Red Riding Hood. No evil can defeat goodness!” With just a wave of his hands, he freed the grandmother from the wolf’s belly!
Logan hugged his beloved grandmother, happy to see her safe and sound. “Thank you, kind sir!” he said, wearing his red hood, which covered his curly black hair. He then offered the woodsman the delicious food his mother had prepared.
That night, Logan, his grandmother, and the magical woodsman enjoyed the delicious food made by Logan's mother. And doesn’t this story make you hungry?
