The Three Little Pigs with Sophia

The Three Little Pigs with Sophia

Once upon a time, there was a curious and adventurous child named Sophia. Sophia loved to go on walks. It was during these walks that she would dream about her dolls. One day, Sophia was walking in the forest. She was looking at a trail of ants. Then, she heard some voices. "What is that?" Sophia thought. She was funny, so she had to find out what was happening! She followed the voices.

"Hey! Over here!" called a little voice.

Sophia saw three little piglets! The first piglet had short, curly pink hair. The second piglet had long, straight pink hair, and the third piglet had pink hair that stood up like a brush! The little piglets were very happy.

"Do you live in a house?" the youngest piglet asked Sophia.

Sophia was confused. "Of course, I live in a house! It's in San Diego. It's very cozy and I share it with my family."

The youngest piglet giggled. "We left our mother's house. We're all grown up now! Our mother told us to build a house because the forest is scary. A big, bad wolf lives here. He likes to eat little piglets!"

Sophia's eyes grew wide. "Oh no! But you're so little! We can help!"

"Each of us will build our own house," the middle piglet explained. "I'm going to use straw to build mine. It's super fast!"

The first piglet ran to the side of the forest and started tying up the straw. She made a big, square house but didn't put in a door or windows! "I want to go play!" she said. "Come play with me!"

Sophia smiled. "We'll help everyone, a little bit at a time. That way, we can all play together!"

The second piglet gathered some wood from the forest and built a cozy cabin. She put on a roof, doors, and windows. "I like my house!" she said. She saw her sister playing and didn't put in many nails. "I'm going to play!" she said.

Sophia went to help the third piglet. The third piglet wanted to build a house just like her mother's. She wanted to use bricks and cement. She wanted glass windows and a strong roof. "This is going to take time," she said. Sophia agreed. They worked hard! They laughed while they worked and sweated together! Meanwhile, they saw the first two piglets playing happily.

Sophia helped the piglet build her brick house. When they finished, the piglet invited Sophia to eat something in her new house. "We can cook something on the wood stove!" said the piglet. Sophia was excited. She loved to cook!

That night, a big, bad wolf appeared! The piglets and Sophia were scared! The wolf went to the straw house and with just one strong blow, knocked the whole house down! The piglet who lived there ran through the dark forest without the wolf being able to catch her. Sophia worried. "We can go to our hiding place, Dream World, if we need to!" she said.

The wolf was hungry and didn't want to waste time. He went to the wooden cabin. It took two strong blows, and soon the house fell apart. The second piglet ran and found her sister hiding in the forest.

The wolf was irritated. He went to blow down the third house made of bricks. It smelled delicious from the chimney! He blew and blew, but the house didn't fall! He decided to go down the chimney! It seemed like a good idea! But when he started to go down, he smelled something burning! His tail was on fire!

The wolf was scared! He ran away quickly!

The two hiding piglets laughed when they saw the wolf running away! They finally returned to their sister's house. Their sister welcomed them, and they had a delicious soup with Sophia. It felt good to feel welcomed, inside a warm and safe house!

And so, Sophia and the three little piglets enjoyed that night, realizing that sometimes, good things take time!
