This story begins a few years ago… Even before William was born…
There was a big party in the Enchanted Kingdom, a place full of magic and fun that William knew how to reach through his dreams. Everyone was celebrating the birth of Princess Aurora, the king and queen’s little girl! They had waited so long for a baby, and now she was here!
Fairies came from all over to give the princess special gifts. One fairy gave her intelligence, another gave her kindness, and another gave her a lot of love! But one of the fairies wasn't so nice. Her gift was a curse! She said that when Aurora grew up, she would prick her finger on a spinning wheel and die.
Everyone was happy, but then a funny little fairy arrived late. She said she could change the curse! The princess would still prick her finger, but instead of dying, she would fall into a deep sleep! She would only wake up when a true love kissed her.
So, years passed by. The princess grew up, and everyone was very careful. They didn't want her to ever touch a spinning wheel! One day, when she was a teenager, the princess found a spinning wheel. She had never seen one before, but it looked like fun. She thought it would be much easier to sew with a spinning wheel! But as soon as she touched it, she pricked her finger, and she fell into a deep sleep. The whole kingdom fell asleep too!
That's where William comes into the story! One day, William was playing with his cheetah speed. He was zooming through the land of his imagination, having fun. He saw a boy with bright green eyes standing next to a big, beautiful tree.
"Hi," the boy said. "My name is Prince Oliver. I'm from another kingdom, and I need your help!"
"Help? What kind of help?" William asked. He was always ready for an adventure.
"I need to wake up Princess Aurora. She's in a deep sleep in an enchanted kingdom, and only a true love's kiss can wake her up!" Prince Oliver explained.
William's eyes widened. He loved birds, and he loved enchanted kingdoms. He loved adventure!
"I'm in!" William said.
Prince Oliver grinned. He told William how they would get to the enchanted kingdom, and they were off! They ran so fast with William’s cheetah speed that it felt like they were flying.
When they arrived, the castle was covered in leaves. It looked like a whole forest had grown around it!
"How will we get to the princess?" William asked. He wasn't sure how to get past all those trees.
"We need to be very clever," said Prince Oliver. "We'll have to climb up those trees and find a way into the tower."
And so they began their journey. The forest was full of surprises! Flowers sprouted thorns, tree trunks moved, and they had to battle monstrous creatures! But William was fast, and he helped Prince Oliver zoom past all the dangers.
Finally, they reached the castle tower. The prince took a deep breath, and he kissed Princess Aurora's lips.
And just like that, the princess and the whole kingdom woke up! The forest around the castle started to disappear, and the kingdom was bright and beautiful again!
Princess Aurora was happy to be awake. She smiled at William and said, "Thank you for helping me!"
She told William that he could come and play in the castle whenever he wanted. She loved birds, and she knew William did too!
William was happy to hear that. He knew he would come back anytime his imagination took him to the Enchanted Kingdom. And on that day, William knew they would live happily ever after!
