This story begins a few years ago… Even before Henry was born…
There was a big party happening in a magical kingdom, a kingdom that Henry knew how to get to by using his imagination. But anyway, the story starts before that. They were celebrating the birth of Princess Aurora, the daughter of the king and queen. They had tried for a long time to have a baby, and finally, she was here!
Lots of fairies came to the party and gave Princess Aurora special gifts, like being smart, kind, and humble. But one of the fairies wasn’t so nice. The gift she gave was actually a curse! When Princess Aurora grew up, she would prick her finger on a spinning wheel and die!
Everyone in the kingdom was so happy. They couldn’t take back the gifts the fairies had given. But then, a funny little fairy came late. She was able to change the curse! The princess would still prick her finger, but she wouldn’t die. Instead, she would sleep forever until someone she loved kissed her.
Many years went by. There weren’t any spinning wheels in the kingdom. Everyone learned to sew with sticks and threads. They had to keep the princess safe!
When she was a teenager, she found a spinning wheel, something she’d never seen before. She decided to use it! After all, it would be easier to sew with a spinning wheel! But the curse was real. The princess pricked her finger, and she and the whole kingdom fell into a deep sleep for many, many years…
This is where Henry comes into the story! One day, Henry was playing in his imagination, talking to fish like he always did. He met a nice young man. The young man was actually a prince from another kingdom. He told Henry the story of the sleeping princess!
The prince told Henry he wanted to go on an adventure! He wanted to reach the enchanted kingdom and wake up Princess Aurora. Henry loved adventures, especially in magical places. So he said, “Yes!”
The prince knew a secret way to get to the kingdom. They went through a giant whirlpool, and when they came out the other side, they were in a big forest! The castle was covered in leaves. It had been asleep for so long that a whole forest had grown up around it.
Henry and the prince came up with a plan. They decided to follow a path made of sparkling pebbles, but it was going to be tricky. They had to be careful!
They started walking, but there were many dangers in the forest. Flowers grew thorns out of nowhere, and the tree trunks moved to block their way. They even had to fight some scary creatures! But Henry used his superpower, talking to fish, to find their way around. The fish told him where to go and how to avoid the dangers.
Finally, they reached the castle. Henry and the prince climbed up to the tower where Princess Aurora was sleeping. The prince was nervous, but Henry cheered him on. The prince kissed Princess Aurora on the lips, and she woke up! The whole kingdom woke up too!
Slowly, the forest around the castle began to disappear. Everything was bright and magical again!
Princess Aurora was so happy to meet her true love and Henry! She invited Henry to play in the castle whenever he wanted. She loved fish too! Henry was so happy to be invited. He said he would come back whenever his imagination took him to the enchanted kingdom.
And on that day, Henry knew he would live happily ever after!
