The Three Little Pigs with Ava

The Three Little Pigs with Ava

Once upon a time, there was a curious and adventurous child named Ava. Ava had bright red hair and big brown eyes, and she was always eager to learn new things. She loved going on walks in the woods, dreaming about all the dogs she would meet someday.

One sunny afternoon, Ava was exploring a grassy clearing in the middle of the forest, watching a long line of ants carrying crumbs. She was so focused on the ants that she didn't notice the voices getting closer. "What's going on? Who's talking?" she wondered. Ava's intelligent mind made her curious about the sounds, so she tiptoed towards the voices.

There, hidden behind a big tree, she found three little piglets! The first piglet was so tiny, and she had a funny pink nose that wiggled every time she talked. The second piglet was bigger and wore a little straw hat, always looking very serious. And the third piglet had a big, fluffy tail that wagged happily.

"Hello!" the piglets squealed in unison. "Do you live in a house?" they asked. Ava was surprised. Of course, she lived in a house! It was a cozy home in San Antonio, where she lived with her family. "Yes, I do," Ava answered with a giggle.

"We left our mother's house," the smallest piglet explained. "We grew up, and our mother said we needed to build our own houses, because the forest is dangerous. There's a wolf who loves to eat piglets!" Ava gasped. She had never seen a wolf before, and it was hard to imagine a big scary wolf wanting to eat such cute little piglets!

"Don't worry," Ava said. "I can help you build houses!" The piglets were excited! They decided to build their houses separately. The first piglet wanted to build her house quickly with straw. She tied big blocks of straw together, but she forgot to make a door or a window! "I want to play!" she squealed. "Come help me, Ava!"

Ava loved to play with her special superpower, Mind reading. She could hear the piglet's thoughts and knew exactly what to do. "We can help all of you a little bit," Ava explained. "Then we can play together!"

The second piglet decided to build her house from wood she found in the forest. She made a roof, doors, and windows, but she was so excited to see her sister playing that she didn't put in many nails. "I'll finish it later," she said and ran off to play.

Ava and the third piglet worked hard together to build a house like their mother's. They used bricks, cement, glass windows, and a strong roof. It took a lot of time and effort, and they both got sweaty, but they laughed while they worked. They could see the other two piglets playing in the distance, having lots of fun.

When Ava and the third piglet were finally finished, the piglet invited Ava to stay for dinner. "We can cook something on our new wood stove!" she said. Ava's intelligent mind was already thinking about all the delicious things they could cook!

That night, the wolf appeared. The piglets and Ava were scared! The wolf went straight to the straw house and with one strong blow, the whole house fell down. The first piglet ran through the dark forest, trying to escape the wolf. "He's going to get her!" Ava worried. "Maybe we should go to my hiding place, the Zoo!"

The wolf, who was hungry and didn't want to waste time, went to the wooden cabin. It took two strong blows, and the house fell apart. The second piglet ran and found her sister hiding in the forest.

The wolf, already irritated, went to blow down the third house, made of bricks. He blew, blew, blew, but nothing happened. The house didn't fall! He decided to go down the chimney. He thought it would be a good idea, but as he started to descend, he smelled something burning! His tail was on fire!

This time, the wolf was scared. He ran away as fast as he could! The two hiding piglets laughed when they saw the wolf running away and returned to their sister's house. Their sister welcomed them, and along with Ava, they had a delicious soup. It felt good to feel welcomed, inside a warm and safe house.

And so, Ava and the three little piglets enjoyed that night, realizing that sometimes, good things take time!
